1.  Because our products are made to order, unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. Of course, if your order is damaged or defective, we will gladly review your refund or exchange request. All refund/exchange requests for defective items must be submitted to us within 1 week of merchandise receipt.  Please email with a clear description of the issue and pictures.
